Christina Costa-Connolly recently joined the Infotools team based in London. Her area of focus is the delivery of strategic as well as practical solutions to clients with local, regional and global consumer insight requirements.

Previously a loyalty research director at Ipsos MORI, Costa-Connolly gained valuable experience in combining consumer feedback with internal diagnostics, stakeholder engagement and embedding.
Prior to that as director of strategy and analysis for Europe, and part of the Interpret LLC team, she specialised in understanding the dynamic between technology, content, advertising and consumer behaviour.
